Cleaning Fee and Local Accommodation Tax included. Final invoice will include Rental Agreement and a $500 Security Deposit which will be refunded within 7 days after your stay. Deposits are non-refundable. If something comes up and you require your dates to be switched, you can apply the deposit to an alternative available week.
